Joseph Barbanel, President, Jeffrey McKeon, Vice President, and Michael Spiegel, Technical Director have been helping companies to develop coatings that meet rigorous standards.  Instead of relying on generalized products, JREZ LLC designs products to meet specific project requirements.

Customized products are designed by JREZ LLC personnel, including research scale manufacture, in our laboratories.  Once a product is ready for commercial manufacture, JREZ LLC works personally with its network of Manufacturing Partners to select the optimal facilities and equipment for reliability of supply.
Joseph Barbanel has spent his career in the specialty chemicals and related materials industry.  Over more than 30 years he has been working directly with people in the industry to provide novel technical and commercial approaches to enhance their business.  Joe has been involved with Corporate Management, Sales and Marketing, Product Development, Process Development, Safety, as well as Trade Associations at the national, state and local levels.  He has authored and edited extensive training materials, obtained process patents and invented new products.

Joe has  developed dozens of new products including novel items requiring TSCA registration, designed and installed complete reactor systems, scaled up hundreds of products from laboratory to full production and optimized processing for economics and safety
Jeff McKeon has devoted his career to the designing, marketing, distributing, and selling specialty resins.  His unique focus has been the creation of specialty acrylic resin for applications in paints, coatings, graphic arts, adhesives, etc.  Over more than 25 years he has been managing or directing Research and Development, and product placement with the focus on the customer.  Jeff has mastered the art of creating products to solve his customers’ problems.
