Product Design

Product Design is accomplished by you and JREZ working together.  The usual steps are:

• You and JREZ LLC collaboratively perform an assessment of what properties are required
  • How your product will be applied, what it is intended to do, the regulations it must meet, etc
  • Any prior versions, if applicable, are reviewed
  • How will in-house manufacturing and final customers work with the final product
  • Other parameters are included as needed
• A review which resin types to consider takes place
  • Solution acrylic
  • Waterborne acrylic
  • Polyester
  • Ketone
  • UV curing
  • Hybrid
• JREZ LLC then develops a laboratory sample.  The size of the sample is determined by final product test requirements
• Based on results from the initial evaluation, modifications (if needed) are agreed to and JREZ LLC makes the next generation sample
• Sample synthesis and the test cycle are repeated until a successful product is made
• Commercial quantities are then produced and sold as needed
